Dear Tim, I know I haven't been the easiest person to deal with during this process, but I thank you for your help with this project. This was a very emotional project for me and I have been very nervous about sending this film away. I promise when I send my next batch in I will be better prepared to work within your guidelines, and will not be under such a time constraint like I was this time. These tapes were taken by my father, who passed away 8 years ago at a very young age. I am having this first set of film transfered to DVD for my Mom. Neither of us have been ready to see these movies until now, so again I am sorry for any neuroses I have displayed with you. I can't wait to sit down with my mother on Christmas morning and watch the DVD together. There will be tears-a-plenty. Don't
worry, for some reason I don't believe Santa will be leaving you

problem. You are no trouble. In fact, I had a customer call the
police once to come and see if her film had arrived ok even though
the FedEX tracking information indicated it had. Your memories of
the past are priceless and our company could not possibly write
you a check big enough to replace the film your dear Father shot
many years ago. As such, we treat your film as a precious non-replaceable
customer asset. A treasure. Sure, you can find better pricing on film transfers but are the lower priced service providers taking good care of your priceless memories and providing you with the most vivid high quality film transfer possible?
